We purchase designated female genuine ducks from Tsugaru, Aomori, and raise them surrounded by the bounty of nature at the foot of Mt. Hakkoda. Unlike Aigamo ducks, these genuine ducks have less of an unpleasant odor and contain half the cholesterol of chicken.This dish is high in protein, low in calories and full of healthy benefits.It goes well with soba noodles, so you can enjoy our restaurant even more by ordering them together.
